New Agri-Food (농축산식품) Immigration Pilot - 2020년 3월 시행 예정

지난 2019-07-12 캐나다 이민성 발표에 따르면 

2020년 3월부터 New Agri-Food (농축산식품) Immigration Pilot 프로그램이 시행 될 예정입니다.

캐나다의 육가공, 농축산 분야의 인력난 해소를 위한 임시(Pilot) 제도 입니다. 

이민신청을 위한 직종(모집군) 및 자격조건은 아래와 같습니다. 

1. 직종

  • meat processing (육가공)
    • retail butcher (소매 정육사)
    • industrial butcher (산업체/공장 정육사)
    • food processing labourer(식품가공 종사자)
  • harvesting labourer for year-round mushroom production and greenhouse crop production (버섯재배, 하우스 농산물 재배자)
  • general farm worker for year-round mushroom production, greenhouse crop production, or livestock raising (버섯재배, 하우스 농산물, 축산 노동자)
  • farm supervisor and specialized livestock worker for meat processing, year-round mushroom production, greenhouse crop production or livestock raising. (육가공, 버섯재배, 하우스 농산물 또는 축산물 수퍼바이저/매니저)

2. 자격조건

1) 육가공, 버섯재배, 하우스 농산물 및 축산업 직종으로 캐나다에서 12개월 풀타임 경력 (반드시 LMIA 승인을 통한 Work permit)

2) 영어 점수 4점

3) 고등학교 졸업 이상 (캐다다 학력 인증 ECA Report  필수)

4) Full-time (Job Offer) 고용 계약서 - non-seasonal work in Canada 단, 퀘백주 예외

위의 조건을 갖추신 분들은 바로 영주권 신청이 가능 하오니

AINP 수속 현황 - 2019/07/16

        2019/07/16 기준 알바타 주정부 수속현황 입니다.

        2019년도에 할당된 6,000개의 노미니중 현재까지 약 50%정도 발급이 되었습니다. 

        AB-EE의 경우 노미니 발급까지 약 1.5-2개월 정도 수속기간으로 AOS 카테고리보다 빨리 진행이 되고 있사오니

        알바타 주정부 이민을 고려 하시는 분들은 AB-EE 카테고리의 자격조건을 다시 한번 검토해 보시기 바랍니다. 

        가장 최근 AB-EE Interest letter 받은 분들의 EE 프로파일 점수는 425점으로 180명에게 발급 되었습니다. 

        425점이 안되는 분들도 실망하지 마시고 기본 300점이 넘는다면 점수는 다시 내려갈 수도 있으니

        희망을 버리지 마시길 당부 드립니다.

LMIA 수속현황 in July 2019

2019년 7월 현재 LMIA 수속이 많은 지연현상을 보이고 있습니다. 

빠르면 2-4주안에도 결과를 주던 Dual LMIA(PR+WP) 타입도 기간이 7월에 들어서 지연이 되고 있사오니 이점 염두해 주시기 바랍니다. 

Dual LMIA(PR+WP) Type-평균 2개월정도 걸리고 있습니다. (빠르면 2-4주, 케이스별로 더 지연이 되는 경우도 있사오니 참조해 주십시오.)
