6월 12일부터 새로운 Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program-Global Talent Stream 이 시행되었음을 알려 드립니다.
글로벌 시대에 부합되는 지식과 직종, 관련분야를 위한 two-year pilot 프로그램입니다.
신청전 광고는 필수는 아니지만 현지인을 고용하려는 노력을 증명해야 하며
Global Talent Stream Application 접수 후 승인까지 수속기간은 10-business days 입니다. 단, 정부 프로세싱 비용은 $1,000로 동일 합니다.
승인 후 work pormit 수속기간 또한 2 weeks로 faster processing 됩니다. 단, 이 Category로 LMIA 승인 받은 경우엔 비자 신청은 온라인으로만 가능 합니다.
Global Talent Stream은 2가지 Category로 나뉩니다.
1. Category A: Unique and specialized talent을 가지고 있는 외국인을 고용할 경우 AND 반드시 GTS referral partner로 부터 추천을 받은 회사
- Advanced knowledge of the industry;
- Advanced degree in an area of specialization of interest to the employer; AND/OR
- Minimum of five years of experience in the field of specialized experience; AND
- A highly paid position with a salary of usually $80,000 or more.
